The Love of God set me free, and His love never fails. Since I became Christian, I have learned many things about Christ, but especially the true love that He has for me. I always believed that no one could love me unless they got something from me first. When I became a Christian, I found the ultimate Love that is Jesus, knowing that He could love me, a sinner. He died for me on the cross, His love is unconditional, and because of His love I gave up everything in my life to live for Him. The more I have experienced His love, the more I couldn’t just keep it for myself, and the more I felt compassion burning for my own nation.
Luke 1:76 says, “And you, child, will be called the prophet of the Highest; For you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways.” God called every one of us to be a prophet of the Highest; I believe God is calling
me, too, to bring His light to my own nation; to those who sit in darkness, to bring them into the way of peace. I want to see my nation rest in the light and have peace. Many people need help! I always ask the Lord how I can help them, how to bring them into the eternal life. In my heart, I always want to see everyone experience the love that I have tasted. One day the Lord spoke to me, and said “one day it will come to pass and yet in 2017 He is going to do something mightily through the body of Christ. He will pour out His spirit among His people! It will be a year of God’s grace, goodness, and favor!”
Frankly, when I heard that, I couldn’t wait to see! And not only me, but many people that have been praying for us too. I can see the movement. I can see that God is preparing His people for an outpouring of His Spirit, from how He equipped His pastors, leaders, and servants to how He brings everything together for the sake of His kingdom. As for myself, He led me to fast and pray for my own nation for 40 days. I’m a food lover and yet I needed to give up what I love and chase His mighty power plan for my own nation!
In Jeremiah 29:11 it says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” I believe that what God promised to us through His scriptures will come to pass very soon. During my fasting I prayed every day that He would prepare me more for His work, to get ready and mold this vessel so that it could be used in the way that the Master wants! God is ready to do something great; I just need to get ready, too, before He starts to move! I know that the people of Laos are in God’s heart too. I feel the Lord is going to ignite the fire in Laos to spread out to other nations. He looks down from the heavens to find who is going to carry this fire across the whole world; this is the time for a generation like mine to carry out His pure fire.
